Welcome to PrepTreasure. We value your trust and aim to provide a transparent experience. Since we deal in digital products (Online Test Modules and Motivational Content), please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds carefully.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders for digital content, including mock tests and premium study materials, are processed immediately upon successful payment. Therefore:

• Cancellations are not allowed once the purchase is completed.
• We encourage users to review the free content or descriptions provided before making a final purchase.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription or one-time purchase, except in the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order due to a technical glitch, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
• Access Issues: If you have paid but cannot access the content even after 48 hours of successful payment, and our technical team is unable to resolve it.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund for a duplicate transaction, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Card) within 5-7 working days as per the banking norms.
